Went to the Dr’s today and she recommended that I have a blood pregnancy test @ the earliest on the 16th January. The ‘incident’ occurred on the 6th January and I made an appointment for the blood test to be scheduled on the 18th January which is a Friday. Do you think this is too early? Should I change the date of the blood test just in case it is too early? I don’t expect to wait until around until my period due because I did take the morning after pill and this may delay my period futher. All advice is good!

I was a month and a half late when I took an EPT test. There was a very faint positive line and of course the visible negative line. Does this mean that the test was still positive? I’m taking another one tomorrow because now I’m 2 months late sept 4th. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

The only reason I ask is tomorrow I have an appointment scheduled and while I am there I would like to do the pregnancy test at the same time without having to reschedule. If not I will reschedule but I am just wondering, how soon can blood tests be given to detect a pregnancy?

I recently went through my first round of IVF and and I was told by the doctor today that my blood pregnancy test was positive at a 52. Is that a low number? And what does it mean? Also, I had two blastocysts transfered. When will I know if I’ve got one or two in there?
The IVF transfer was done on Jan 26.

I had sex on March the 9th and had a blood pregnancy test yesterday (April the 10th) and it was negative. Is this accurate?
I wanna add that I took the morning-after pill and have been under the most terrible stress u can ever imagine. I guess this is why my period is late.

I am usually as regular as clockwork with my periods. I have been on Clomid for 2 months now. My last period was 3 Dec 2008, my cycle is 27 days. I am 7 days late. I had a blood test today and it was negative. I have so many pregnancy symptoms though. Could I still be pregnant and the test could not pick it up because the hcg was to low?
